Cancellation Policy

Aura Skin and Ritual – Booking & Cancellation Policy At Aura Skin and Ritual, each appointment is a reserved, private experience. All services are paid in full at the time of booking to ensure a seamless and dedicated experience. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. When done within this window, your payment will be transferred to a new appointment time. Late Cancellations Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable. No-Shows Guests who miss their appointment without notice will forfeit the full service amount. Packages & Prepaid Services For packages (including the Founding Few), late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of that session. Grace Period If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your service may be shortened or need to be rescheduled. Full service value will still apply. Consideration We understand that unexpected situations arise. Adjustments may be made at our discretion.
