Service Description
A deeply restorative experience designed to calm the nervous system, renew the scalp and skin, and bring the body into complete relaxation. This signature treatment begins with grounding touch and a customized facial cleanse, followed by a luxurious head spa ritual with scalp therapy, massage, and warm aromatic steam. Midway through the experience, sound healing is introduced to deepen relaxation and support energetic balance, creating a full nervous system reset. The ritual concludes with restorative finishing touches, leaving you feeling clear, calm, and beautifully restored. A light finishing blow dry may be included when needed for comfort and ease after your head spa experience. Each session is customized using professional-grade formulations including Repêchage® skincare, alongside Aura's own botanical preparations.
Cancellation Policy
Aura Skin and Ritual – Booking & Cancellation Policy At Aura Skin and Ritual, each appointment is a reserved, private experience. All services are paid in full at the time of booking to ensure a seamless and dedicated experience. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. When done within this window, your payment will be transferred to a new appointment time. Late Cancellations Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable. No-Shows Guests who miss their appointment without notice will forfeit the full service amount. Packages & Prepaid Services For packages (including the Founding Few), late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of that session. Grace Period If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your service may be shortened or need to be rescheduled. Full service value will still apply. Consideration We understand that unexpected situations arise. Adjustments may be made at our discretion.
