The Grounding Ritual 60 min
A customized full body massage for relaxation and tension relief.
Service Description
Nervous System Reset is a 70-minute enhanced body ritual created for guests who want more than massage alone. The experience begins with a customized 60-minute full-body massage using slow, intentional touch to ease tension and encourage deep rest. Massage is followed by 10 minutes of red light therapy and therapeutic sound and vibration, giving the body quiet time to settle and integrate. Choose this ritual when you want massage layered with Aura’s restorative sensory therapies. For massage only, choose a 60- or 90-minute Grounding Body Ritual.
